PLATING MACHINE 15LT

This machine represents the heavy-duty industrial class of plating stations. It features large 15-liter plating tanks (accommodating 3 main voltage tanks) backed by a powerful digital converter delivering 12V and 60A, allowing it to plate large batches of jewelry simultaneously with perfectly uniform thickness. Constructed from acid-resistant polypropylene, it is managed via a 3-language smart PLC system. The station includes 4 cleaning and rinsing tanks with a 9L capacity, and comes fully equipped with pumps, filters, and agitation motors to prevent chemical stratification, alongside dry-run safety sensors and heavy-duty wheels for smooth factory positioning.
