The AVA4 is the high-performance, updated version of our automatic coiling series, engineered for the precision manufacturing of "fantasia" chains, earrings, and complex pendants. Equipped with an advanced PLC, it allows for the creation of intricate shapes—such as hearts, hooks, and 8-shaped links—by simply modifying software parameters without the need for tool changes. A standout feature is its ability to bend in two opposite directions and process not only various wire sections (round, square, oval) but also metal plates and tubes. With three pairs of towing rollers for maximum stability and a 90-program memory, the AVA4 ensures industrial-grade power and versatility.
