The Chain Cutter Machine is a high-performance automatic unit designed to cut chains to exact lengths with exceptional precision. Managed by an advanced PLC system, it allows operators to easily program the desired length (in mm), the total quantity of pieces, and the production speed. The machine features a specialized shear cutting unit for clean, burr-free results. For specialized tasks, an optional fiber optic sensor can be integrated to count individual links, allowing for cutting based on the number of meshes rather than length. Highly adaptable, it supports thread sizes as small as 0.50 mm and can be customized to suit specific production requirements.
