The MZ80 is a Ball Rounding Machine. It is used to transform irregular or cylindrical metal segments cut from tubes into perfectly spherical beads. The machine operates by placing the metal pieces between two rotating discs (grinding plates) under controlled pressure. This process grinds and rounds the metal until it becomes perfectly spherical with a smooth surface, which is a critical preparatory step before the beads are moved to diamond-cutting machines like the CZ series.
